Emmet Garage Sales will exchange or refund shirts ordered from us that have not been washed or worn.( every items we are carefully inspected and taking every pictures to avoid fraud regarding to abuse of this policy)
If the order was filled as requested on your email we can not refund the cost of shipping. This includes both the original cost or any cost incurred thereafter pertaining to the exchange or refund.
If Emmet Garage Sales is responsible for the error we will exchange or refund shirts that have not been washed or worn. We will also reimburse the shipping cost incurred for exchanging or refunding the item.
All items must be returned (postmarked) within :
8 days of receipt- from Malaysia to Malaysia
25 days of receipt - From Ireland to Malaysia
25 days of receipt - From Malaysia to International/EU
15 Days of receipt - From Ireland to EU
Please include of proof of postage arrival marked. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address will be cancelled and the cost of the merchandise refunded within 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made. In this case Emmet Garage Sales will not refund the cost of shipping
Emmet Garage Sales reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding returns.
